YOUTH FALL SOCCER REGISTRATION

From 13 July to 7 August 2009

Youth Center Members: $30 and Non-Members: $45.00
Fees for ages 5-12 will be collected at time of registration

Copies of your birth certificate, shot record and sports physical are required to register. Sports physicals expire after one year from issue date. Parents will need to attend a mandatory meeting prior to the start of the season. Coaches and Officials are also needed.
