Satisfactory Grades
Satisfactory grades must now be posted within 120 days of the end of the term (This includes “I” Incomplete grades). Refund actions will be initiated if a satisfactory grade is not received by the deadline (120 days). “Should an Airman present a grade after the deadline, TA money will not be returned to the Airman since he/she failed to meet the completion requirements and recoupment action will not be stopped or suspended.” [5.8.2.3]
